Almond Pancakes with Beets

Ingredients:

  • 1 beet

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil butter

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup of almond flour ( which we made previously)

  • Vanilla and cinnamon powder to tase

Procedure:

  1. Grate the beet and blend it in the milk

  2. Beat the egg with vanilla and cinnamon

  3. mix all the ingredients

  4. make pancakes of your choice or put them in a mold in the oven at 350°

Chef’s Note: Serve with fruit and honey of your choice.
