1 pound of whole wheat

1 liter of chicken broth

1 leek, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic

1 tomato

1 medium potato

1 bunch of epazote and peregil

Salt, pepper, olive oil

Spices: laurel, clove

1/2 cup of walnut

OPTIONAL: mushrooms of your taste or extra-firm tofu


PROCESS:  Cook the wheat with the spices; Sauté the rest of the ingredients and blend with the wheat, correct seasoning and wait for the boil.

Serve with nuts of your choice or Parmesan cheese.
